just wondering if there was a way to send contact info to people via SMS, i see the share option only has email, gmail, and odly enough my barcode scanner app. So it seems if a barcode app can have access to share contacts it should be rather simple to have another app to share via SMS?

i also tried sending a SMS and attatching a contacts number, but no such luck there either. am i missing something?

You can copy and paste #'s but yeah, its a pain.. Also, if you email the contact info and they try to open it on a phone other than android, it wont open..IE blackberry...

Bump app is also cross-platform. Means you can "bump" a Droid with an iPhone to share contact information.

Yeah, cant wait to start using that... My wife has tmobile and just ordered the my-touch.. Now we cand bum **** back and fourth. lol

if only i could bump to someone with a different phone or better yet in a different state... oh i can do that on any other basic phone sold at verizon via sms, you say? hmm thats interesting. i wish the super droid could handle the basics
