Attempting 893 update - Stupidly deleted GuidedTours.apk

So, in my infinite wisdom, once I rooted my phone, I backed up, and deleted a good deal of the stock bloat. Unfortunately, in my infinite impatience, I also removed GuidedTours.apk and TitaniumBackup will not restore it. I'm hoping to apply the 893 update with the desire to possibly fix my radio issue (I've also read another thread where this somehow correlated to later receiving a more recent update that fixed the camera/headphone noise). I found on another thread the GuidedTours.apk and .odex, set the permissions, rebooted, and have had no luck in this app being restored to my app drawer.

If anyone has any advice/saged wisdom, I'd be very much appreciative.

In your infinite wisdom, I recommend reading some walk-through's and tutorials, just about all of which will advise you to not straight up DELETE bloat on your own, but to change the name or move them somewhere, just in case you need to bring it back for something like this...
