audible app with Oreo mess up

After finally getting Oreo on my v30 this past week, I have noticed that I can't control my audible app in the always on display mood like I could before. It seems to now only control the default media players. I wasn't sure if others had this problem or if I should just try reinstalling the audible app. Thanks.
