Audio Chip

Big question for me. Does anyone know if this phone will have the same audio chip as the LG g2 that produces high quality audio from the 3.5mm jack?

That, my friend, is an EXCELLENT and important question. The audiogeek in me is curious too. However, I don't think it is. Seems like they'd be touting this feature if it were, just like they did in the G2. However, I'd be remiss if I didn't post a link to this. For the audiophile on the go.

According to the people over at XDA, it has the same Audio DSP.

what DSP are we looking for? won't the ifixit teardown reveal the N5 DSP?

edit: is it this? Qualcomm WCD9320 audio codec
