Audio doesn't work with Poweramp

Hi guys, I noticed that when I use Poweramp, after some time of use the app get freeze and the phone audio doesn't work at all. So I'm obligated to restart the phone. Do you know what could be?

I use Power Amp and don't have any issues whatsoever. ...maybe do a factory reset?

Some music app has issues in reading the music collection from SD card. I have tested many and in shuffle mode some times it skipped to next song without completing the last one.

I don't want to do a factory reset everytime I have an issue.

The same happen to me, how can I solve? I have to buy a different SD card? And why is not working the audio at all after the app got stuck?

Do you think that could be a Poweramp problem? Until now I never had sd card issues.
