Audio drop while bluetoothing

I listen to a lot of audiobooks while commuting and something that annoys the crap out of me is the BT audio drops out when receiving a notification. Is there a way to circumvent this?

Nope, except for silencing the phone for notifications. I believe it also dims down if you set it to vibrate, but not sure.

I've had that happen while listening to music. But it comes back after the notification is done.

Yup, that's the default OS behavior for notifications while Media is playing.
