Audio files not appearing in music app

I downloaded a zip file and extracted it with androzip. The audio files contained in it aren't appearing in the music app or power amp. Anyone know how to fix this?

In the infrequent times that this happens to me, a reboot has always fixed it.

Yeah I think it's just the system needing a kick up the a$$. I just viewed the files in file manager, then they appeared in the appropriate apps.
