Audio issue?

Had this phone for a good month and loved it until recently. Suddenly my phone no longer makes any sound, whether I use the speakers or even using a headset. The only time I hear sound is when I'm using it for calls (I can hear the caller's voice and such, however the speakerphone option and headsets do not work), which I find really odd. Originally I thought it was the problem with the rom I was using, but after flashing a few different roms and even going back to stock, the problem persists.

Has anyone else had this problem? Pretty bummed out that one of this phone's key features is no longer working at the moment..

If anyone else runs into this problem, it could be that the phone "thinks" a headset is plugged in, when it is not. This can cause some strange behavior.

Give SoundAbout, in Google Play, a shot. If you have the headset issue, you may have to go into "Headset behavior" and un-check the "Wired Headset detection" setting. Then restart the phone.
