Audio issues

Ok so i got an issue I hope you can help out with. using AOKP b38 and Franco r196

over the past couple of weeks there are times when I get a phone call, and the person is very low almost to where I can not here them. I check and the volume is cranked, I also use audio manger. it could be the same caller and some times its great and sometimes it suxs.

So should I try a new ROM or might it me the kernel?

any direction would be helpful.

I'd try a different kernel, maybe r196 isn't doing well on your phone for some reason, you can always flash one of his earlier ones, the whole repository is available here: Index of /franciscofranco/Galaxy Nexus/nightlies
