Audio playback issue whilst in standby

The sound it glitches.

What app are you using? Is this locally saved music or streaming? If it's locally saved, is it on Internal Storage or the SD card? Does the sound glitch over wired or Bluetooth headphones as well?

Google play music and mx player. It's locally stored music on the internal memory. I'm using wired headphones.

Yes all music but more heavy files are more affected. And also the glitches is not always it's irregular but usually starts after 5 minutes in standby. I haven't tested if it affects the speaker since I'm always using the headset inside and outside.

No I didn't perform any of the things you mentioned.

Give them a try. Safe Mode will temporarily disable any 3rd party app you installed, which can tell you if something you installed is causing glitches. Wiping the cache partition is a useful general troubleshooting step that won't erase any personal data.
