audio problems with Pandora & Youtube

Yesterday my apps for Pandora & Youtube worked fine. Today there is no audio. I reset the phone and even took battery out but no luck. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Just to check the obvious, Settings->sound->volume. Is the "Media" volume slider set all the way down?
