Audio recorder app with 'indexing'?

I would like an audio app that allows you to make 'bookmarks' in a recording while listening so you can jump to that spot, an audio recorder would be nice but just a player would be fine as well. Example: making bookmarks in a lecture so you can easily reference them later without editing the audio file itself. I would want it to work on MP3 files as well as any natively recorded format.

I'm trying 'Mortplayer Audio Book' and though it doesn't record, it does bookmarks and has a search function, I think this will work well enough
