Audio settings for Handbrake MKV files?

Last night I ripped a blu ray using Handbrake (chose the DTS pass thru option). However the stock video app doesn't play the audio.

Anyone know the correct settings on Handbrake to get the audio working on the Note 2? I did download BS Player free and the audio does work there, however, I really like the stock video app with the S Pen functionality.

I have always used AC3 passthru to guarantee the most compatibility (in my experience) and they play just fine.
