Audio skipping.

When I'm using headphones and listening to audio on Asus' own music app, Doggcatcher and Google Music audio skips like crazy, especially when navigating the UI and switching between apps. If I put the phone into standby it will skip once or twice but it will stop after that. It is fine when using Youtube and Netflix but all audio only apps skip. I have tried moving music to a sd card but with the same result. I'm also running the latest update. Any help would be appreciated.

Known issue for some. Asus has said they're working on it.

I had the same issue on my ZenFone 2 review unit. Factory reset fixed it, for some reason, but I agree it was super annoying. They are aware of the issue, though.
