Audio using my earbuds

I have been using my earbuds on all my Samsung phones with no problem.
My problem is On Facebook all of a sudden, any audio on videos , I don't get sound. All my other apps with audio work, just not Fb.
I know sometimes videos have to be turned on, but no place to do that.
Is there a setting in my phone or FB, that would help?

If you use the FB app , is the start video with sound option on in the settings? Go yo settings and privacy and then click on media. Scroll down some.

In the FB app (and not sure when they changed this), the audio on/off option will no longer show while playing a video. Try changing the volume while watching (not sure if this forces the audio to unmute like in other apps) or you have to go back to the timeline post; before you play the video, while on the timeline, the audio on/off toggle will show on the top right of the video preview.
