Audio/Video sync issues with stock player

I use Handbrake to rip my Blu-Rays for my mobile devices. I've never had a problem on iPhone, iPad, or Nexus. However, the audio and video are just out of sync with the stock Google Play Video app. If I play it through ES File Explorer's built in player, sync is perfect.

Anyone else notice this?

I'm still playing with Handbrake settings for a good medium between video quality and file size. I just did Avatar at Android 720 and Android Tablet 1280. I can't see any difference in video quality on this size screen, and the 720 file size is 1.8 GB vs 4 GB for 1280.

I use MX Player for all videos - no sync issues with it... Have you tried that instead of Google's player?

No I haven't. But I will. Thanks. Android is somewhat new to me.
