Audio Video Sync issues

Greetings,

I do not see many posts on this and it well here's the deal.


Samsung Replenish, the video playback is fine. the audio playback is fine but they are not sync'd.

This only appears to be a streaming problem when I attempt to stream with the Netflix app. I have not seen an issue with files I have directly uploaded to the phone.

Using the netflix app version 1.6.0 build 443

I use the MX Video player for most other movies I have downloaded to the phone so I know the phone can play them.

I can either be connected thru wi-fi or over the 3g and I have the same issue with the sync so I do not believe it is a bandwidth issue.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? any settings I can look at or adjust? I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have the new Gingerbread update released this morning. (netflix reinstalled after update and phone restarted)

If it's only happening with the Netflix app, I'd be willing to bet it's an issue with the app and not the phone.
 
Thanks I assumed it might be with the app but I have seen other posts with people not reporting any issues with it. So I was attempting to see if I can troubleshoot this. I had seen postings about other versions 1.3 and 1.4 specifically but nothing since. I just wonder if I need to have 'x' amount of resources free or some other app maybe turned off or something. or maybe I am just s.o.l.
