Audio/video syncing

I know this has been brought up before, but I was having big problems with the audio and video syncing up and I couldnt find a definitive answer here. I used the stock app, realplayer, act1, meridian, and mobo. None of them were able to get the sound right. Finally I used rockplayer lite and it actually work, so I just wanted to let everyone else know if they are having this problem

Are you using bluetooth headphones? I've noticed that bluetooth audio is a little delayed and screws up the lip sync on videos. If I use wired headphones, then the audio and video is in sync.

Actually I was just using the speaker on the phone but I'll try headphones and see how that works
