August Security Update Now Available

Just downloaded it on my S25 Ultra on the Spectrum Mobile network. About 550 MB.

Wonder why it's so big (let's be mature folks).

I guess that's what happens when you skip months of updates.

I am being weary moving forward as Google said they will be blocking sideloading (which will be a lawsuit).

Edit 2: I think you're referring to a System update. I was thinking Google Play System Update that's still on #$%@ July.

I'm intrigued and maybe a bit confused. (Does not take a lot these days). On EE network in the UK, I got the August update on the 19th of the same month at12.57 hours. It was a mere 574.08 MB. I really am unable to see much difference.

I'm on the OneUI 8 Beta on my unlocked T-Mobile S25U. Just got the Sept security update this morning. It was bigger than I expected, 802MB.

Today the update was forced upon me. Everyone seems to be excited about what exactly? Does anyone know exactly what was forcibly installed on our devices? I personally want to know.............. mainly so I can remove what I don't want.
