I also have an Aukey quick charge battery that works with all my other phones but does not work with the pure. I contacted them and they said that there is nothing wrong with the charger because it works with other phones. They said that they have not tested their charger out on the pure yet.

Not yet. It's my wife's 2015 and she doesn't like me using it as a guinea pig! For clarity: The title should be "Aukey 10k..." not 19K. Oops.

Yeah the Anker and Aukey 10k size chargers don't work with the MXPE. Many have had luck with the Aukey 14k qc2.0

Yeah the Anker and Aukey 10k size chargers don't work with the MXPE. Many have had luck with the Aukey 14k qc2.0

Sorry, thought there was only the 10400 model, which doesn't. The Anker one that doesn't is the 10050 model.

Interestingly the one you posted says the style isn't supported, wonder what that means?

Probably because they may not have tested it.

I tried a different cable (higher quality from an NVIDIA device) and it seemed to fix the issue. Previously, it would stop charging the 2015 X after just a couple seconds; for as long as I watched, it seemed to continue charging.

So try a better cable and report back!
