I connected my phone to Kies last night and saw there was a firmware upgrade. I went through went the upgrade and noticed it appeared to be a total remake of the phone. I am liking some of the changes and hope they solve previous issues I had after the ICS update.

One thing I do not like is the new keyboard. Aside from the look and overall redesign, the auto correct feature no longer works. Now you guys know auto correct is a must when using a touch screen.

I am wondering if anyone else is having this problem and if so, have you found a solution?

By the way, is this Jelly Bean I am now using? Can't figure out if it is a Samsung update or Android update?

The lack of autocorrect is likely due to using the stock JB keyboard. Switch it out for something better. Stock KB's always suck. I suggest Swiftkey 3.

I purchased Swiftkey4. Shouldn't have had to spend that money- but oh well. I am used to Sprint/Android/Samsung mucking things up after an upgrade. I'll never buy another Samsung phone. Couldn't pay me to get an S anything ever again.

Hunh. I tried Swiftkey3 but it did weird stuff. I'm sticking with Swype. Autocorrect seems to work for me.
