auto lock and sleep don't seem to work

It used to lock itself even when I set auto lock at 30 mins. I just changed the setting, now it does not sleep any more.

I have two accounts.

OK, then the tablet went silent. I just restarted. It shod be OK now.

Sometimes an app might be resetting the timer.
