automatic call answer by placing phone to ear not working (Sprint)

Option set to on, hardware passes test. How long is it suppose to take for call to answer after placing phone to ear? Touching call button works tho. What are others experiencing? Tks for any help. (Have lastest dl update which includes CallingPlus. which is on. New phone)
