automatic dialing

I have just got the Nexus 5 and am really pleased with it but is it possible to stop the automatic dialling when I want to contact somebody. I was looking through my phone numbers and it automatically dialled one at 1 pm this morning. Very annoying.

if your going through your contacts while you are in the dialler App make sure to click the contact picture instead of their name. This will open the contact card instead of calling them directly.

You should probably use the People app to look at your contacts instead
