Automatic Restore not working?

So my nexus 7 has been super laggy and a lot of apps kept FC. So I did a factory reset and its all good now. Chrome works great, that was my biggest gripe.

Now the issue is that auto restore isn't working. When you sign on the first time all my apps are supposed to automatically start downloading but I'm getting nothing. And I had the backup button checked . Any ideas? Its a pain to download them one by one .

It worked when I first signed in after switching from my Motorola Xoom. And it works on my gnex
