automatically lock doesn't seem to work with two accounts?

i have two accounts on the tablet.

i set the auto lock in 30 mins, but it seems that once it goes to sleep it will be locked instantly. it only worked a few times.

is it because i have two accounts or does it actually work?

Changing accounts is done on the lock screen, so that could be limiting choices on modifying the settings. I know we recently found out that the option to not have a lock screen is removed by adding additional accounts.

i don't know if they set it up like that, or something else.

when i set it up last night, it seemed to work for a little bit. but it is not doing it today. that is for sure.

it is like two people sharing a computer, it is not necessary to enter a password everytime the screensaver starts.

Right, but the Android version of a screen saver is Daydream and it's pretty specific about what starts and stops that mode (dock, charging, etc). The windows equivalent of the screen lock is the same as if you set the "require a password on wakeup" (most companies do this), rather than the "on resume, display logon screen".

where can i report this problem to them? it is annoying to verify myself every so often.
