Available virtual keyboards

[Android Central Question]

Ive bought a Huawei Mediapad T5 10. I cant access any keyboards other than Google Voice Typing. I click on default keyboard and it pops up with Configure Input Methods. I press that and it shows Microsoft SwiftKey Keyboard but its in grey so I cant click it. This is my daughters Christmas present and she's been so upset all day as she's not been able to use it

Welcome to Android Central! Are you able to install another 3rd party keyboard from the Play Store (assuming the tablet has access to the Play Store)? If Gboard isn't installed, try that.
