Available Voice Dialer Commands

Anyone know a way to use Voice Dialer commands to initiate a text or email, i.e. "Text Dave", or "Compose Email to Dave"? Is there a list of 'available' commands anywhere? I've tried various things, and it will open settings, check battery status, etc... but I haven't found wording to get it to compose. Thanks!
