I'm giving this a try and so far it's excellent.
I'm really checking out the anti theft feature and it works really well. It's one of those things you may never need but if you lose your phone it can prevent a lot of nightmares.

I'm not seeing a perceptible shown down or high battery usage which is a major plus. It's also a free program.

You can install the security portion ad leave the anti theft

Does anyone have any experience with this program?

I'm running it on the S3, not rooted with stock touchwiz.

Been using it for once, found 1 virus and removed the app that caused it by using app brain and avast together

On my Samsung galaxy s3 running android 4.0

Because unlike ios, i keep my apps in app drawers, and not in infinite cluttered homescreens

I'm running Avast on my SGH-I747. I use Avast Internet Security on my Win 7 PC and love it. My phone is now on the control menu of Avast on my PC and all the remote control functions work (never tried the destructive one). Highly recommend!

i uninstalled when i noticed it using 8.5% of my battery... dont understand why
