Avatars for apps in Google Play missing [Samsung Galaxy S5 Active]

I have a Galaxy s5 active. I went to look at apps and even started to update a few and I get no avatars. I've restarted the phone at least 3 times. First time ive seen this. Any ideas?

You can try clearing the app data and see if that fixes it. Go to settings, apps, all apps, find the Play Store app and clear the data.

Well it helped a little lol. Better than it was.

And gone again. I uninstalled updates. I forced it to stop. I cleared cache, cleared data... Reboot... I'm starting to get a little frustrated. It wasn't like this a week ago so what happened? I've searched for hours g to find a solution and nothing.

Fixed itself. Very odd.
