Back to Old Playstore layout...

Any idea why my play store opens up on the 'Games' tab as a default? And looks like I lost the featured apps banner across the top on both Games and Apps.
Anyone else seeing this?

I haven't. Have you tried a cache clear for the Play store?

My Google Play store was doing this a few days ago. I didn't do anything and it went back to normal after a few hours.

Mine has been like this for days now. Hasnt went back to normal. I have the G6 though. I'll see what happens when my Pixel arrives in a couple days

The play store is undergoing changes that will soon effect all google users. Not something specifically limited to Pixel users. Along with the Google tab on the side too, This is soon going to be replaced and has already in some instances with just a single search bar.
