How do you get the panning background back? Whenever I choose a new background and am I the step where you fit it to the areas you want, I still see the little boxes outside of the main area as if it would pan after I set it. But it doesn't. It used to before an update but now it doesn't. I was hoping they would make the background area bigger but they didn't. So, how do you turn this feature on or get it back without downloading or installing any apps?
