Backing up "Evrything to the cloud (Google)" ? Good or Bad?

Hello ,,,,Have been an Android user for many years now have a Sprint Galaxy S2
and used to use Lookout Pro back up and security. Question about back up.

If I already use Google plus instant upload. All my pictures are backed-up daily.
All contacts "when added" go directly into Google contacts.
And all pictures go to my SD card
All voicemail goes to Google servers....

What more is there to back up besides your apps and screen layout.
All apps purchased I can re download.

What am i missing and why would I need Look Out or Titanium?
