Backing up my Note 7 on Samsung Cloud

When I got my Note 7 (and replacement) they used smart switch, which brought to the new phone perhaps 50% of the apps. I then needed to manually find the ones they missed and download. Supposedly, for N7 only owners, Samsung Cloud is supposed to allow a complete backup, but when I look at the cloud in my settings, it only says calendar, internet and keyboard.

Suggestions anyone? Perhaps my carrier, Verizon, is not allowing this...

When I got my replacement I used the Samsung Cloud backup (T-Mo). I checked all the boxes available and backed up on my recalled Note before returning it. I had to do it 2 or 3 times before it worked properly. I set the replacement up as new. Then signed in to my Samsung acct. Went into the settings and restored from the recalled Note. It installed my apps and most of my settings. It didn't, however put the apps into the proper folders. Just put all my 3rd party apps on my homescreens. The reason I did it that way is so I could install all the updates from Samsung/Google before restoring. Not sure if it makes a difference or not. I plan on trying the same when my S7 Edge I ordered through Swappa comes in. Not sure how well it'll work since the software between the 2 are different. I did notice when I did the restore, both my original Note 7 and my loaner S7 Edge were listed in the available backups to restore from.

That's weird, when you logged into the play store with your google account it should have installed all the apps you had on your previous device. I used smart switch desktop software and everything transferred to my original Note 7, loaner, replacement Note 7 and S7 Edge without any issues at all.
