Backside IHO(Virgin Mobile)+picasticks 0.7(Sprint)

I have my Optimus S running Backside-IHO
using amon-ra based recovery for sprint
I used debug.zip to format from recovery
Next I flashed BACKside IHO for virgin mobile (toggle verification keys)
then I flashed picasticks kernel for optimus s after
a test boot (blank screen)
it works fine
=)

How is it running? Is it pretty smooth an how fast an responsively is it? would you say its better then the ones made for the optimus s?

I will say this:
mms must be fixed by changing build.prop
Sprint/310120 (operator/values)

I remove about everything & replace with quikpic
dolphin hd, a calendar that's fully customizable
no google/sync/etc.
It boots very quickly runs smooth no problems.
waiting for backside to be complete, I only don't have
mass storage on usb connect but dont need it anyways.
Also, the Sprint Optimus S responds faster to pressing
thd power button to turn it on than the V does.
they both boot just as fast. My Optimus V screen looks brighter
than the S screen.
I just prefer having the same rom so my phones are like
the same phone.
soon enough my Optimus S will have an change of carriers
and be an "Optimus-V" now I know how to set up mms
the APN fof wireless should bee easily adjusted with lgnpst
or some 'other' way

Can you list what you deleted an a link to waste I can download i'm board an will love to try this out haven't flashed a new ROM in awhile. I an can you give a complete work through of what you did thanks

Well it started like this:
Flashed the wrong recovery using rom manager.
messed with a few files anc everything was blank black screen.
determined the recovery was there but not visible.
used my virgin mobile to download a rom.
erased everything but the rom on the sd card.
used my virgin mobile to figure out the menu and flash the rom.
finally flashed a working VISIBLE recovery.

Next: my screen is odd. therefore amon ra recovery is required.

flashed the Backside rom after doing all wipes&dubug format.zip
flashed picasticks 0.7 for optimus s.
the kernel is in the sticky
the rom(s) are on IHO Github Binary <google search

Next step is reboot.
with the apk's simply copied from the data/app folder on my phone
installed go launcher dg alert classic, es explorer, quickpic, calendar pad pro,
rebel alliance boot logo(bootanimation.zip)
removed systemmediaaudio will upload my custom sounds for ya
then removed all the other apps.
did not flash gapps so no google stuff to remove, oh yeah i added google maps manually too.
removed account/sync protips calendar apps, email, browser/html viewer,(replaced with dolphin hd)
removed launcher all wallpaper apps, thats all I remember bout the removing.
reboot asap, lotsa force close since apks just vanished.
reboot, set up notifications, ringers, wallpaper, etc,customize everything,
set up dolphin hd, import contacts from sd card backup.
reboot revovery backup, reboot, erase old backup.
