Backspace no longer reverts autocorrect

Hey, before today my phone had this really cool feature where if my phone autocorrected a word, then I could hit the backspace button immediately after and it would revert the word back to its original form. But now it updated last night and that feature is gone. I don't know how I can even swear now! Iso there a way to get that back?

Are you on verizon? Same thing happened on mine after the stagefright update

Wow, I thought I was the only one. I'm on T-Mobile, and this started occurring after I installed the Stagefright patch.

Does anyone know of a way to get this feature back? It is really hard to type without it now.

I'm over in the UK and my S6 does exactly the same, it's extremely frustrating since I loved the backspace to undo feature, no idea where it's went, but just making it known it's not just you US folk
