Backup and Restore

Whats the best way to do a full backup? Something that will back up things such as apps, settings, and such.

The only things I've seen thus far require root. I'd love to see a solution that does not.

Yeah I am not to intrested in rooting my phone.. Don't really see the point

Mybackup will get you almost all the way but you'll still need to reinstall each apply with a push of a button and it will not backup your Exchange account settings. But it is better than nothing. Why can't someone come up with a mirror backup?
