Backup apps

Hello there,

After much deliberation I went and splashed out on Nexus 10, so please prepare yourselves for a few questions over the coming months, I tend to be a reader rather than a poster, however, if I have the back up my data box ticked in settings do I need a backup app,if so any recommendations for a non roots device?
