Backup file (.lbf) Help

So my phone hasn't been going as long on the battery as my original G3 did (dropped it and had to get a refurbished model). Anyways, I used the backup and restore options on the phone to create a backup file so I could do a factory reset. I don't have an SD card so after making the backup I copied the file to my desktop and did the factory reset. When I try to copy the .lbf file back to the LG backup folder so I can restore it after about 75% it says it can't copy and my only option is to abort the process.

I have hundreds of photos of my dog, car, and random life events in the backup and I'm freaking out trying to figure out how to restore my backup. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you!
