I have a rooted droid incredible. I am currently having speaker issues, so I'm going to have to take it back and prob get it replaced. I am going to have to unroot and wipe my phone. I was wondering if I would be able to well pretty much clone my old phone for when I get the new one. I even hate to replace it but the sound drives me crazy. If there is any advice or program I'd greatly appreciate the help.

You can try saving your backup to your pc then when you root your other phone just use recovery and restore ... sdcard/clockworkmod/backup

i have had 4 incredibles now due to blown speakers . i just go into rom manager
backup my current rom if i havent done a back up recently . i root my new phone then install my old sd card and restore the back up . takes about 10 minutes to set up a replacement phone to exactly how the old phone was .

Either do a nandroid backup at save copy it to your computer (like the above suggested), or you could do a titanium backup and batch restore (assuming you're gonna use the same ROM), which would keep almost everything.
