Backup Question: Switching from AT&T to Verizon; going from Galaxy S5 to S7e?

Hello, I was wanting to know if when backing up my phone data will it have all my game saves? I will be switching from AT&T to Verizon here soon and I will be upgrading to the S7e from the S5.

If not, is there a good program I can use? Also, my phone isn't rooted so I know Titanium Backup Pro is out of the question.

If anyone knows it would be deeply appreciated.

It will not have your saved games. Also a word of caution: smart switch will download all your old apps on your new phone, but that step seems to come before WiFi setup. My wife and I used almost a whole gig of mobile data without realizing it when we switched.

You could try Helium (before you get rid of the 5, of course). It saves all data on some phones, most data on others and no data on some. (It depends on how the app was written.)
