Backup wifi passwords

I want to make a reset of my ulefone power 6 android 9 cause having some issues freezing screen. I have make a backup but thinking that after resetting i will have to put again all password for known wifi networks that i have stored all that time from home work public friend neighbor. How to extract wifi passwords and save them and after reset to put them all automatically or manually

If these were not backed up previously (depending on the phone brand, saving secure network credentials may not be an option), unfortunately you have no other options to do so. Unless the WiFi settings (including credentials) were backed up to your Google One back up or a brand-specific back up, these cannot be 'manually' copied.

after android 10 this feature is in settings. but for 9 and before is there any app that do this?
i mean to backup all wifi passwords?
