What's up y'all
I recently purchased a Note 10.1 off eBay with a firmware error but I do not know here to start.
The description stated:
" Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1; 16GB, Wi-Fi, FIRMWARE ERROR
Condition: It is guaranteed to power up and has good screen (digitizer) and good LCD BUT BAD FIRMWARE.
These are the ONLY functions we test and guarantee.
We do not test the device for battery functionality, charging, side keys, cameras, Bluetooth, etc.
Thus, we do not guarantee these functions will be working.
Auction includes:
Tablet Only (No charger or box)"

My plan was to charge it and take it to the Samsung booth in BestBuy to see if they can do anything about but I am usually disappointed with them. So that's why I am here! I have a few questions to start:
Is it bricked?
What if i dont have the original charger?
If Samsung cant fix it, can I do it myself?

I hope someone can help, Thanks!

If you purchased knowing that the device has bad firmware, then there's likely nothing that Best Buy or Samsung can do to fix it without incurring a costs for the repair or replacement. Did you inquire with the seller as to what specifically is the problem? Or what was done to create the problem?

Let us know if you are able to get it working.
