Bad incoming sound

when I make a call or get a call the sound is bad can hardly hear them sound is all the way up any fix for this? also rooted this phone and want to unroot... the set back to factory doe not get rid of it any easy answer?

I too had this issue-after dropping the phone. As I have insurance, I got a replacement.

Now, the new one is doing the same thing. Yes, it's been dropped.

Sad to say, the tiny earpiece speaker is apparently very fragile.
