Bad Wifi

It tries to connect to my WiFi but keeps on saying authenticating connecting etc, also when using WiFi it will just switch off randomly and won't reconnect. My WiFi works on all other devices perfectly and the longest its taken to reconnect was 20 minuetes.Please leave any tips to help me out thanks

This is not the first time I've seen complaints about BT hubs (for other readers, BT here means the telecom company, not Bluetooth).
