Question Badge Icons wont clear.

At least I th I nk TT hats what they are called. The numbers top right of tiles on home screen when you have a notification. They clear on all apps but one - Scrabble Go. The app notifications in this app are the same as those in apps that work.

Have uninstall and reinstalled.

How do I get them to c lear?

Have you tried clearing the app cache for Scrabble Go in Settings>Apps? If that doesn't work, then you could also try clearing the app data, but if the saved game progress is important to you and if it doesn't save to the cloud, then be aware that this would likely erase your local saved game data.

Are you using a 3rd party launcher?
Have you made sure no notifications exist in the app?

It has been my experience that when these badges do not clear it is because they still have a notification in your pull-down notification panel. For many apps if you open them the notification just goes away but for some you have to clear the notification or open the app using the notification. So that's tapping the notification in the panel and allowing the app to open from this interaction, vs just tapping the app icon somewhere else on the device.

Clear the notification and the badge will go away.

I have to swipe down from the top and clear all. It wasn't always like this. They should disappear after I've opened and closed the app.

Yes I have to swipe down and clear it then it goes away but I never used to have this.

I've never used the AC forums app, but Tapatalk works fine for me, and I'm using it now.
