Bank of America app works again!! Happy Dance!!

Due to a miscommunication issue with Bank of America, it took nearly four months for my BofA app issue to be resolved. But finally, as of today, my app works again.

The issue I was having was in taking pictures of checks for deposit. Every time I tapped to take a picture the app crashed.

The problem I had stemmed from my rotate screen app. As soon as I forced closed it, my BofA app worked. So, I will have to force close the rotate app whenever I want to deposit a check, but it still beats driving up to the ATM machine.

Wahoo!!

Seems like a silly work around but at least there is a fix.

I was having a similar problem. So I switched to Ultimate Rotation Control. It allows you to configure it to turn it off when specific individual apps are run. No problems since I configured it.

That is the app I use. I didn't know I could configure it. I am going to check it out. Thank you!!
