Bank Of America App?

I'm having a real problem with my Bank Of America app. When it gets to the screen where it shows my sitekey along with the picture, and asks me to enter my passcode......I enter the passcode correctly, but then it just takes me BACK to the page where it is asking me if I want to sign in, find locations, or more.

Anyone have any idea what could be causing this? It started happening recently after I did a reset of my phone and now I am 100% unable to use the app.

My android has been doing the same thing.
if you go back 1 step
to reenter a different ID.
But you enter the same ID as normal
and it will show you the same
site key again. reenter your same
password and it'll work.
I don't know why but using the
default ID doesn't work.
THIS phone app really sucks too!
Ive had the hardest time entering
And editing this text i had to keep
Hitting return to keep the text skinny ugh.
