Cross posting from XDA forums; I hope that's ok.
I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro with Android 10, MIUI 12, Indonesia ROM. Dialer is True Phone, and I rooted the phone to enable call recording, which also required True Phone Stub module in Magisk.
Now I am trying to use a banking app that won't run on a rooted phone. I'd also like to have Google Wallet if possible.
ChatGPT Agent made a valiant effort to help me fix this, but to no avail. This is what I tried:
* Installed these Magisk (v29 with Zygisk) modules:
- MagiskHide Props Config
- Shamiko
- Play Integrity Fix (then removed to avoid conflict with below)
- Universal SafetyNet Fix
* Added the banking app to the Magisk Deny List
* Changed system fingerprint to Pixel 4
* Removed True Phone Stub module from Magisk to check for conflict
* Deleted cache and data from Google Play Services, Google Play Store, Google Services Framework apps (many times)
* Checked frequently with Integrity Checker: MEETS_BASIC_INTEGRITY = yes; MEETS_DEVICE_INTEGRITY = no; MEETS_STRONG_INTEGRITY = no
No joy after hours and dozens of reboots later.
Anything else I should try?
