Bar :Under Navigation Buttons

As the pic shows, there is a bar (line?) under buttons on navigation bar.
I use Nova 7 launcher, but it shows up using One IU also.
Check Setting dozens of times, also I did multiple searches. No luck.
Worse, the bar doesn't even do anything.

If I remember correctly, if you swipe up on that bar it will take you to Samsung Pay.

When bar first showed up, it did go to Samsung Pay.
Nothing now, wanna get rid of it.

Got it. Settings under Samsung Wallet.
Quick Access turned everything off under access location.

Awesome! Glad you figured it out. I couldn't figure out how I got rid of it on my Samsung.

I just swiped up on it during my initial phone setup, and declined the offer to use Samsung Pay and it disappeared.... which was easy for a change, and nice

That must be what I did when I had a S21+ before I traded for the current S22+
We are getting somewhere.
